The ranch contained four residential lodges containing a total of 20 luxury suites. Additionally, the main lodge featured a commercial kitchen and interior dining room with capacity for 50+ clients, plus numerous gathering and recreational areas.

Adding to its readiness for use as an inpatient behavioral health center, the existing compound already had a conference center for large meetings, a fitness center, and swimming pool.
