In addition to finding a Buyer who would make an offer within the Seller’s pricing guidance, Swope Lees was given specific directives also to find a buyer who would retain the facility’s staff , the business name, and be a conscientious steward of a business which the sellers spent 10+ years developing. In this particular transaction Swope Lees Behavioral Health Group was able to find a Buyer who sought to expand their operations to the mid-Atlantic region and had an ideal cultural fit and were willing and able to keep the facility’s name and staff intact in line with the Seller’s wishes.
